Fat Cat$ a single by Ian Bell, 10% of proceeds to Kids Charity

Posted in News, Uncategorized with tags on July 8, 2012 by ianbellacoustic

Fat Cat$ a single release, written and performed by myself, Ian Bell, is now available at CD Baby, Amazon & iTunes.

The single is for sale for the grand price of 99 cents.

Recorded at “Room Number 3” in Santa Cruz California, Mixed and Mastered by Patrick Brede at Gadgetbox recording studios in Santa Cruz California.

The song came about due to the Bank and Corporate bailouts by the Governments around the world with tax payers money, while us the tax payers (aka the 99%) are still suffering?

I will also be donating 10% of the proceeds on this single to “The Hole in the Wall Gang” which is a charity that helps seriously ill kids, the rest of the income will fund my next release “Red Wine And Tears” of which I will also donate a percentage to charity.

Thanks for looking,

Ian Bell

Ian Bell Acoustic web site launch

Posted in News on May 8, 2011 by ianbellacoustic

I am pleased to announce the launch of my new website designed by Jon Cattivera at Sleepless Media with help from Jenn Gallacher.

The home page photo was taken by Elisa Swanson.

The backdrop for the blog and bio page is an oil on canvas that I painted called “Get to Church”, which was inspired by a story that Andy Zenzak told me about ditching church when he was a kid to go and see a Jackson Pollock painting at art gallery across the street. Andy owns Gadget Box studios where I recorded the “Chameleon Skin” EP. The other background photos are pictures I’ve taken on travels around the states.

In designing the website, I wanted to reflect the style of music that I write.

You can purchase The Chameleon Skin EP on my website or you can download MP3’s at cdbaby
